We take great pride in our vineyards. A vineyard must have an exceptional match of climate, soil, varietals and management to meet our needs for high quality wines. Dorcich vineyards matched our definition of greatness and a top quality grape grower.
DORCICH VINEYARDS – UVAS CANYON
Steve Dorcich, vineyard owner and manager, does an outstanding job maintaining this vineyard and producing superior grapes year after year. Numerous well known and respected wineries have purchased fruit from this vineyard. Many winemakers have earned accolades and awards from this vineyard. Dorcich Vineyards is located west of Highway 101 in Uvas Canyon, not far from downtown Morgan Hill and Gilroy. Uvas means grape, and is named after the once abundant wild grape vines that thrived in the canyon.
Dorcich Vineyards is approximately 72 acres of property with 45 acres of planted vineyards. A Quadrilateral System is used through the vineyard. The vineyard is spaced 6' x 11' (six feet between each vine and eleven feet between rows).

VIDOVICH VINEYARDS –- CUPERTINO
Dorcich Vineyards is located at the end of Monte Bello Road in Cupertino and is a small limited production vineyard, with only 5 acres planted and very low yields. The first release from this vineyard is expected to be late 2009. The maximum case production from this vineyard will be approximately 400 cases.
